How OwnMore is operated and controlled
Trust is a structure, not a claim. This page sets out who operates OwnMore, which functions carry which responsibility, and the controls we run under — without overstatement.
Operator
OwnMore is an infrastructure platform. The investor acts on their own behalf and stays in control throughout — the platform executes, it does not represent.
- Legal entity
- BloomDigital GmbH
- Seat & jurisdiction
- Langenthalstrasse 8A · 4932 Lotzwil · BE · CH
- Regulatory status
- Operated FinSA-aware (FinSA Art. 3 / Art. 10, AMLA Art. 3, FADP/DSG, DLT Act). OwnMore is a supervised, not a licensed provider — activities take place within the applicable framework.
Functions & responsibility
We name functions, not invented people. Each function has a clear remit and a contact route.
Risk
Assessment and monitoring of platform, counterparty and operational risk. Escalation to management.
Contact functionCompliance
Anti-money-laundering diligence (AMLA), suitability and appropriateness rules (FinSA), internal policy oversight.
Contact functionLegal
Contract drafting, regulatory classification, and keeping external messaging accurate and never overstated.
Contact functionData protection
Accountability for FADP/DSG compliance, Swiss/EU data residency and data-subject rights.
Contact functionFour-eyes principle
Privileged changes — such as an admin grant or adding a platform-owner privilege — require a second, independent approval. Requesters cannot approve their own request. This maker-checker rule is enforced server-side and every approval seals an audit block.
Audit architecture
Every platform-relevant event is logged as a SHA-256 hash-chain entry; each entry references the hash of the preceding one. The chain head is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps — a cryptographic anchoring, not notarisation.

Truthful: what holds today is marked "active"; what is being prepared stays clearly labelled "in preparation" (no misleading impression).

This page is for transparency. It is not investment advice and not an offer. OwnMore is supervised, not licensed; Bitcoin anchoring is a cryptographic timestamp, not notarisation.
