The connection to FINMA-supervised Swiss custody is in progress; the intended custody partners are licensed accordingly, without thereby warranting that any specific custodian is already contractually committed. KYC verification is performed manually; automated AML, PEP and sanctions screening is in preparation. No. A reservation on OwnMore is a non-binding expression of interest. It creates an entry in the audit chain and a provisional allocation slot. The binding subscription agreement is concluded separately at signing, after completed KYC and source-of-funds verification.

Through row-level security at the database layer. Each investor sees only their own positions, reservations, distributions and audit events. Administrative interventions require the four-eyes principle and are themselves logged in the audit chain.

Data processing takes place in Switzerland and the EU/EEA, among others through Supabase Frankfurt and Clerk EU, with processors under a data-processing agreement (DPA). Documents are encrypted throughout, at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. PDFs are watermarked on download with the respective investor's MFA session ID.

Each event is signed with HMAC-SHA256 under a platform-rotating key. Each event references the SHA value of the preceding event, forming a continuous hash chain. The head of this chain is published and notarised quarterly. Each investor can verify their own event sequence at any time, themselves.

The target is 5–7 business days per tranche — considerably faster than the industry baseline of 6–10 weeks, because KYC verification is already completed at onboarding and signing is digital.
