You declare your FinSA classification yourself; Compliance verifies it within 48 hours. Automated PEP and sanctions screening is in preparation. The result is signed as the first block onto your account in the audit chain.

Three documents establish you on the platform: passport (eIDAS-compliant), source-of-funds evidence (bank confirmation or audited financial statement) and the OwnMore membership agreement. Each carries the reviewer's signature.

You gain access to active private-market assets — Swiss real estate is live today, across several cantons. Every document is rendered with your MFA session watermark, every download logged. You signal interest with one click; converting it into a reservation requires a second.

A reservation is a non-binding expression of interest in a specific tranche at a specific cap-stack position; it does not replace a purchase or participation agreement. It holds the allocation for 72 hours while final due diligence runs, and is cancellable without penalty until counter-signing.

The documents are counter-signed on the platform — with an electronic signature, confirmed via email and account and cryptographically anchored in the SHA-256 audit seal. Each signature creates an entry in the audit chain that references the previous block.

Investment amounts flow bank-to-bank via SEPA, SWIFT, USDC, EURC or XCHF to the respective vehicle, the seller or the custodian; the connection to FINMA-supervised Swiss custody is in progress. The holding is booked against your account and visible immediately. With the deal block, the chain closes.
